Zappos Service
I don’t often comment on the service that a company provides unless it’s negative but the folks at Zappo’s have cornered the market on customer satisfation.
I ordered a couple of pairs of shoes through zappos and because it was my first order they called to verify my address and billing info… ok that’s pretty normal, but then they told me 2 things that suprised me….
1) Because our order verification delayed your shipment by a day, we’re going to ship your order overnight at no cost
2) Because you spent x dollars (ok maybe it’s bs) that i was ”vip” (gee i feel so special) and that from now on if I ordered through the special link they sent me that I would get free overnight shipping on all orders.
Maybe I’m a sucker but wow, I’ll never buy shoes anywhere else if I can avoid it. They did a great job of taking care of my order and I definitely learned a lesson about how to keep customers happy at my own business.
